RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We do not offer Free return shipping to international customers.

Please contact us via Email at sale@poppy.sale with your name and order number, stating why you wish to exchange your item. We will reply with detailed instructions, return address and arrange for it to be processed as soon as possible.

All items to be exchanged need to be returned within 7 days of receiving your goods. Once we have received the item for exchange, please allow us another 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed and re-sent. No refunds will be given.

The Poppy Beachwear’s are made in limited numbers and we cannot guarantee that all sizes and styles will be available at the time of exchange.

 

Items to be exchanged must 

Be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached.

All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality items are being sent to you. We are happy to replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault.

Email sale@poppy.sale if you believe your item is faulty so we can offer you a replacement or store credit as soon as possible.

Please note that Poppy will not cover the return postage costs, these are at your own expense. We advise to use traceable services and email our Customer Service with your tracking number.
